RHAB American Bulldogs guarantees your pup to be free from any Life threatening congenital defects & Hip Dysplasia up to 2 years of age.

Once pup is received, buyer must have a general health check performed on pup by a licensed veterinarian within five (5) days of receiving puppy in order for this contract to be valid. A copy of health check must be provided to Rock Hound's American Bulldogs within ten (10) days of pickup & within five (5) days of vet visit. Once the pup is issued a clean bill of health this guarantee will NOT be extended for Parvo Virus. If a copy of health check is not received by Rock Hound's American Bulldogs this guarantee shall be considered void.

Under this contract pup is guaranteed to be free of Dysplasia through Pennhip exam.

The buyer must provide Rock Hound's American Bulldogs with verification of such:

A)    Pennhip report.

B)    Micro chip identification number (Micro chip ID # must be on Pennhip report at time of x-ray)

Upon verification from our veterinarian or Pennhip report that said dog suffers from a life threatening congenital defect or Hip Dysplasia the buyer may choose to opt for one of the following.

A)    Spay/Neuter the pup/dog, provide proof of such to Rock Hound's American Bulldogs and keep dog a credit of ½ of purchase price will be applied to a replacement pup of equal sex & quality.

B)     Return the pup/dog to Rock Hound's American Bulldogs along with registration papers & take a replacement pup from next available litter of same sex and quality

The replacement pup is free of charge, however any & all charges incurred for any of the above options will be the buyer’s responsibility.

CONTRACT VOID IF:

For any of the following owner imposed situations occurred this guarantee will be considered null and void. If dog is found to be:

A)    Abused

B)     Neglected

C)    Bred

D)    Sold to a second party

E)     Shows prolonged exposure to concrete ie; kennel calluses, open sores on joints.

F)      Non compliance of Micro chip policy for verification and identification (This will be strictly upheld! If your dog is not micro chipped at time of Pennhip report & micro chip number shown on Pennhip report this contract will be null & void)
